Microsoft Dynamics Consultant - PowerApps

Hiring : D365 CRM & Power Platform Tech Lead.

Locations : Delhi-NCR | Bangalore | Pune | Chennai.

Role Type : Full-time | Tech Leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop customizations, plugins, integrations, and workflows using D365 CRM and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, architects, QA) to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

- Perform code reviews, ensure coding best practices, and mentor a team of 5+ developers.

- Architect and implement scalable and integrated data models and system designs.

- Troubleshoot complex issues and act as a subject matter expert for solutioning.

- Support pre-sales and solution demos with your technical expertise.

Must-Have Skills :

- 6+ years hands-on in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform.

- Proficiency in Power Apps (Model-driven, Canvas), Power Automate, Power Pages.

- Deep understanding of D365 customization, plugin development, workflows, and scripting (JavaScript/TypeScript).

- Experience with REST API integrations for external systems/ISVs.

- Exposure to DevOps tools (Azure DevOps) and solution deployment (managed/unmanaged).

- Strong leadership, documentation, and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Dynamics 365).

- Experience with Azure services, CI/CD, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent, Custom Pages, ADF.

- Agile delivery experience.
