Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Consultant to join our team and help design, implement, and support Dynamics 365 solutions that drive business efficiency and innovation.

The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Dynamics CRM/365, strong functional and technical understanding, and the ability to translate business needs into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements.

- Customize Dynamics CRM using workflows, plugins, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools.

- Integrate Dynamics with other enterprise systems using APIs or middleware platforms.

- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and deployments.

- Perform data migration activities and ensure data integrity.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting of Dynamics CRM issues.

- Participate in solution design, system architecture, and technical design sessions.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong understanding of Sales, Service, and Marketing modules

- Proficiency in customization and configuration of entities, workflows, and business process flows

- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)

- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics SDK

- Familiarity with Azure services, DevOps, and integration methods

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders

Nice to Have :

- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 (Functional Consultant/Developer)

- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or Business Central

- Exposure to agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
