Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail / Commerce Functional Consultant with 6+ years relevant experience, to join our team. This role is crucial in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 Retail and Commerce solutions for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retail processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications within the Dynamics 365 environment.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Implementation and Configuration : Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 Retail / Commerce modules, including configuration, setup, and customization based on client requirements.
2. Business Process Analysis : Analyze client business processes and requirements to design and optimize solutions using Dynamics 365 Retail / Commerce.
3. Functional Design : Create functional design documents, conduct workshops, and facilitate sessions to gather and document business requirements.
4. Testing and Quality Assurance : Develop and execute test plans, perform system testing, and ensure solutions meet quality standards and client expectations.
5. Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users during and post- implementation phases. Develop user documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
6. Client Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
7. Collaboration : Work closely with technical teams, developers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery and integration.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with Dynamics 365 Retail / Commerce, including multiple full-cycle implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Retail / Commerce modules such as eCommerce, Inventory Management, Store Commerce, Point of Sale (POS), Omnichannel, and Pricing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into functional specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Certification in Dynamics 365 is preferred (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-340).
Additional Requirements :
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and project engagements.
- Experience working in Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with retail industry standards and best practices is highly desirable.
