Position : Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Techno Functional Consultant

Exp Level : 5+ years of experience

Location : Visakhapatnam/Vizag

Shift Timings : 2 :00PM IST to 11 :00PM IST (Should be flexible for Rotational Shift)

Skills : Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM)

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as Tier 2 escalation for D365 F&SCM support issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.

- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical problems within Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Production, and Supply Chain modules.

- Collaborate with business users to understand issues, replicate errors, and document findings.

- Coordinate with internal IT and external partners (Microsoft, VARs, or consultants) for issue resolution or escalations (Tier 3).

- Monitor system integrations, data interfaces, and batch jobs, addressing failures or discrepancies.

- Contribute to knowledge base documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.

- Participate in system upgrades, regression testing, and business process improvements.

- Identify recurring issues and recommend proactive solutions or automation opportunities

Required :

- 2+ years of experience supporting or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.

- Strong understanding of core functional areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Procurement, Inventory, and Production.

- Experience troubleshooting integrations (e.g., Power Platform, Data Management Framework, APIs).

- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
