Microsoft Dynamics 365/F&O Technical Consultant

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant is responsible to technically support of MS-Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (formerly AX) for our UK manufacturing client for their India office in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of technical requirements are captured

- Analysing requirements received from Business Process leads & key stakeholders to deliver required technical solution

- Providing technical support for D365 F&O platform

- Understanding business needs, determine best technical solution and leverage on default D365 capabilities to align with strategic objectives

- Support testing activities and training end users if required

- Assisting with integration of D365 F&O and CE with custom / 3rd party applications as required

- Ensuring MS standards are followed, and system is configured optimally for performance

- Maintaining, managing and supporting D365 application post implementation

- Managing version control for custom code, builds, releases and deployment

- Work closely with functional consultants to design MS D365 technical solutions

- Developing quality documentation as per industry standards

- Manage and maintain security roles and user access management

- Support DRA, Printer and scanner related requirements

- Create, Manage and maintain workflows

- Create, manage, maintain and monitor batch jobs

Qualifications :

- Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations, or D365 F&O

- D365 Support experience

- Understanding of printers, handheld scanners and F&O as a cloud hosted application
