Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with proven expertise in the Sales and/or Service modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in both client-side and server-side customizations, along with a strong background in system integrations, DevOps, and Power Platform development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Customize and configure CRM using JavaScript, C#, .NET assemblies, and web resources.

- Build and manage REST API integrations with external systems (with or without middleware).

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for interface and application issues.

- Conduct code reviews, validate solutions, and manage deployments.

- Collaborate in architectural design and provide technical guidance.

- Lead application demos, walkthroughs, and knowledge transfer sessions.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in development and implementation.

- Support data migration using native features or third-party tools.

- Manage CRM server configurations and deployment processes.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

Proficient in :

- Server-side development: C#, .NET assemblies

- Client-side scripting: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, AJAX

- Modern JavaScript frameworks: Node.js, Angular.js, React.js

- REST API development and integrations

- Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps

- Familiar with Microsoft Azure services App Services, Service Bus, Databases.

- Experience with version control systems like Git or VSS.

- Proven experience in data migration using built-in features or third-party tools.

Nice to Have :

- Additional certifications in Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform
