Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant - CRM Solutions

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant / Developer with strong technical expertise in Dynamics CRM and proven experience in full lifecycle development and deployment of enterprise-grade CRM solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, strong programming skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and experience working with Azure Cloud services. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering innovative CRM applications that meet complex business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

- Develop custom plugins, workflows, webhooks, service endpoints, custom APIs, business rules, and client-

side scripting using JavaScript.

- Build and integrate Dynamics CRM with enterprise applications leveraging C#, .NET, and Azure services.

- Design and develop Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and other cloud-based services to enhance CRM capabilities and enable seamless integrations.

- Manage data exchange and integration scenarios using APIs, web services, and Azure Event Grid or Service Bus.

- Act as a technical mentor, providing guidance and best practices to development teams.

- Participate actively in technical design reviews, code reviews, and architectural decisions.

- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing estimates and contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in CRM applications and integrations.

- Optimize CRM solutions to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Lead change management initiatives around CRM enhancements and upgrades.

- Keep abreast of latest Dynamics 365 platform features and Microsoft Azure innovations to continuously improve solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

Technical Expertise :

- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization and development.

- Proficient in C#, .NET Framework/Core, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud services including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.

- Experience in developing CRM plugins, workflows, webhooks, custom APIs, business rules, and client-side scripts.

- Understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, security model, and deployment best practices.

Development & Integration Skills :

- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD pipelines is beneficial.
