Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer - Power Platform

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer with hands-on experience in building and managing conversational AI solutions using the Power Platform.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and integrate intelligent agents to enhance business processes and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Copilot Studio agents, topics, and entities

- Build conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform

- Integrate Copilot solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure services, and external APIs

- Implement and optimize conversational flows using NLU and prompt engineering techniques

- Manage version control and deployments using Azure DevOps and Git

- Follow ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) best practices for development and release

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform

- Strong understanding of conversational AI, NLU concepts, and prompt engineering

- Experience with integrations across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, and APIs

- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, and ALM practices

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in deploying enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions

- Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure

- Good communication and collaboration skills
