Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Apps to design, develop, and implement business solutions that improve operational efficiency and automate workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps.

- Build and manage AI-powered conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

- Develop business process automation using Power Automate.

- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and other enterprise systems.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing applications and workflows.

- Follow best practices for security, governance, performance, and deployment.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft Power Platform.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Copilot Studio.

- Strong knowledge of Power Automate and Dataverse.

- Experience with API integrations and connecting enterprise applications.

- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint integration.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Microsoft Power Platform certifications.

- Experience developing AI-driven solutions and enterprise chatbots.

- Knowledge of Power Platform governance and application lifecycle management (ALM).
