Microsoft Architect - .Net Core

Required Skills & Experience :

Technical Expertise :

- 12+ years in Microsoft technologies, with at least 35 years in a leadership or architect role.

- Deep hands-on expertise in :

a. Azure (App Services, Functions, DevOps, AKS, Identity, Security).

b. Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP modules, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

c. .NET Core / C# / ASP.

d. SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 / Teams integration.

- Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and API management.

- Experience in integrating Microsoft platforms with Salesforce, SAP, or third-party apps is a plus.

Leadership & Business Acumen :

- Proven experience setting up or leading a Microsoft practice or delivery unit.

- Excellent pre-sales and client-facing skills able to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Strong project governance, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.

- Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert / Dynamics 365 Architect preferred.
