Job Title : Microsoft Application Development

Work Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, implement, and maintain reusable UI components and scalable design systems that align with product requirements and UX guidelines.

- Ensure UI designs are accessible, responsive, and meet modern standards across web platforms.

Collaboration & Integration :

- Partner with UX/UI designers to refine prototypes, interaction flows, and design specifications.

- Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers to integrate UI components with APIs, real-time data, and backend system logic.

Consistency & Standards :

- Enforce visual and behavioral consistency across applications through design tokens, layout

standards, and component patterns.

- Maintain adherence to UX best practices and coding standards.

Testing & Optimization :

- Conduct UI-focused testing, including usability, responsiveness, and accessibility.

- Contribute to visual regression testing pipelines.

- Continuously enhance frontend quality with code reviews, performance optimization, and

cross-browser/device compatibility.

Backend Contribution :

- Support backend development tasks in .NET as required.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Primary Skills :

- Strong expertise in Angular, HTML5, CSS for modern, responsive UI development.

Secondary Skills :

- Hands-on experience in .NET (for backend support).

Technical Expertise :

- Deep knowledge in the design, implementation, and documentation of multi-platform web

applications.

- Strong understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design, and performance

optimization techniques.

Working Style :

- Structured, solution-oriented, and detail-focused approach to problem-solving and delivery.

Experience & Qualification :

Experience : Minimum 5 years of professional experience in web-based software development.

- Strong track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable UI solutions in a

collaborative team environment.
