Microsoft 365 Lead Architect - Exchange/SharePoint Online

Role : Lead Microsoft 365 & AI Collaboration (Enterprise Owner Role)

Role Overview :

Own and drive enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms and emerging AI capabilities. This is a high-impact leadership role combining platform ownership, AI enablement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end M365 collaboration stack : Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive

- Define platform strategy, roadmap, and governance

- Lead AI adoption across collaboration tools (Copilot readiness, data hygiene, permissions)

- Ensure service reliability, performance, and user experience

- Drive ITSM practices (incident, problem, change, SLAs/KPIs)

- Establish configuration standards aligned with security & Zero Trust

- Act as single point of accountability across IT, Security, HR, Legal, and business teams

Must-Have Experience :

- 10+ years overall; 5+ years in M365 enterprise engineering

- Deep hands-on across Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive

- Proven ownership of collaboration platforms (strategy ? operations)

- Exposure to AI-powered productivity tools & data governance concepts

- Strong ITSM experience (incident/problem/change, SLAs, KPIs)

- Experience with governance, compliance, retention, eDiscovery

- Excellent stakeholder management across cross-functional teams

Good to Have :

- Microsoft certifications (M365 / Security / Teams)

- Experience in global/multi-region environments

- Familiarity with tools like Jira / Confluence
