Location : Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Noida, Bhubaneshwar, Chennai (At lease 1 day in office in a week)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft 365 & Copilot Solutions Consultant who can bridge business needs with technical solutions.

The role requires strong expertise in Microsoft ecosystem tools, stakeholder management, and the ability to design, build, and integrate scalable solutions using Power Platform and Copilot capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Communication & Stakeholder Interaction :

- Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions

- Lead discussions, workshops, and solution walkthroughs with cross-functional teams

- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery

2. Microsoft 365 Core Knowledge :

- Demonstrate strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.)

- Design and implement solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 capabilities

- Ensure optimal usage and governance of M365 tools across business functions

3. Security, Compliance & Governance :

- Implement and manage security, compliance, and governance frameworks within Microsoft 365

- Ensure adherence to data protection policies, access controls, and regulatory standards

- Work with stakeholders to define governance models and best practices

4. Power Platform Expertise :

- Develop and deploy solutions using :

1. Power Apps

2. Power Automate

3. Dataverse

- Automate business processes and improve operational efficiency

- Build scalable applications and workflows aligned with business needs

5. Copilot Studio Development :

- Design and develop Copilot Studio solutions

- Integrate Copilot capabilities into business workflows

- Customize AI-driven assistants to enhance productivity and user experience

6. Integration & Architecture :

- Build and manage integrations using :

1. Microsoft Graph API

2. Custom API connectors

- Design end-to-end solution architecture ensuring scalability, performance, and security

- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement robust integration frameworks

7. Problem Solving & Solutioning :

- Analyze complex business problems and provide innovative, scalable solutions

- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize existing systems

- Drive continuous improvement through automation and AI-driven enhancements

Required Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in Microsoft ecosystem / enterprise solutions

- Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)

- Expertise in Microsoft 365 tools and architecture

- Experience in Copilot Studio / AI-driven solutions

- Proficiency in API integrations (Graph API, connectors)

- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance frameworks

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation projects

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments

- Certifications in Microsoft 365 / Power Platform / Azure
