- Oversee the overall administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) environment, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Implement system optimizations, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and lead IT-related projects, integrations, and migrations.

- Drive company-wide IT projects including the design, deployment, and rollout of new IT applications, systems, and services.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems to assess cost efficiency, productivity, and recommend improvements in business processes and internal controls.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and develop effective IT solutions aligned with organizational needs.

- Troubleshoot and support internal software applications related to IT infrastructure and ERP.

Incumbent Profile :

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 IT professional with 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and ERP implementation.

- Expertise in Finance & Operations, Microsoft Azure Cloud, and D365 modules including Sales & Distribution, Purchase, Inventory, Production, Accounts, and Finance.

- Proven experience in leading large IT projects and rolling out ERP applications and IT infrastructures across diverse technologies.

- Strong knowledge of MS SQL databases, Microsoft Power BI, and Azure Cloud (additional advantage).

- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
