- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, operations, and applications, to align network strategies with business goals.

Technology Evaluation and Adoption :

- Stay abreast of emerging network technologies, evaluating their applicability to the organization's needs.

- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies that enhance network performance, security, and efficiency.

- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, including Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco LAN & Wireless, Cisco DNAC, Cisco ISE, Cisco Firewalls, Zscaler, Palo Alto Firewall, and Juniper Junos switches & MIST access points, that enhance network performance, security, and efficiency.

Security and Compliance :

- Develop and implement network security strategies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.

- Conduct regular security assessments and audits.

Troubleshooting and Support :

- Act as a senior technical resource for complex network issues, providing guidance to the support and operations teams.

- Collaborate with vendors to resolve critical network incidents.

Capacity Planning :

- Conduct capacity planning to anticipate future network requirements and ensure optimal performance.

- Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions to meet capacity needs.

Documentation :

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network designs, configurations, and changes.

- Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Extensive experience (15+ years) in network architecture and design.

- Industry certifications such as CCIE or equivalent.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco LAN & Wireless, Cisco DNAC, Cisco ISE, Cisco Firewalls, Juniper MIST Switches/Access points, Zscaler, Palo Alto Firewalls, security best practices, and emerging technologies.

- Knowledge in Voice technologies (AudioCodes), Network Visibility (Gigamon, ORDR).

- Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale, complex enterprise networks.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
