Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve network-related issues promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime.

- Security : Implement and enforce network security policies, including firewall rules and access control lists, to protect the network from unauthorized access.

- Monitoring : Proactively monitor network performance, analyze traffic, and identify potential bottlenecks or vulnerabilities.

- Collaboration : Work closely with other IT teams and business units to support new projects and ensure network solutions align with business needs.

- Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Networking Protocols : Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.

- Hardware : Hands-on experience with networking hardware from vendors like Cisco, Juniper, or Aruba.

- Certifications : Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA or JNCIA are highly preferred.

- Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
