Job Description :

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, or CompTIA Network+.

- 4- 5 years of hands-on experience in network design, configuration, and management.

- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a technical team.

- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, etc.) and network security concepts.

Desired Skills :

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a problem-solving mindset.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder reporting.

- Hands-on experience with Switching, Routing, Cloud Networking, SD-WAN, and Network Automation tools.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and manage enterprise-level network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN).

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of network engineers, ensuring high performance and technical growth.

- Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot network systems to ensure high availability and reliability.

- Oversee the installation, support, and maintenance of network hardware and software.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align networking strategies with business objectives.

- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices in network design and operations.

- Prepare technical documentation, network diagrams, and reports for stakeholders.

- Proactively identify and resolve performance and security issues.

- Research and evaluate new networking technologies, tools, and solutions.
