Role : Lead Full Stack Engineer

As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will play a critical role in leading the design, development, and optimization of our cloud platform. You'll collaborate across teams to build scalable infrastructure, implement key product features, and improve the developer experience while ensuring product stability for large-scale enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement new features that align with the product roadmap and enhance user value.

- Translate insights from customer success teams into generalized and scalable product features.

- Own and resolve Product Backlog Items.

- Enhance UI/UX and Developer Experience (DX) by addressing ongoing customer needs and optimizing technical workflows.

What Youll Bring :

- Proven ability to lead teams or projects in a high-growth or product-centric environment.

- Strong foundation in cloud-native development and distributed system design.

- Experience with modern frameworks like React/Vue/Angular (frontend) and Node.js, Python,

Java, or Go (backend).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, GitOps, and cloud providers

(AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.

- Ability to translate business needs into technical deliverables and coach junior engineers.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to event-driven systems, serverless architectures, or edge computing.

- Experience improving DX, performance tuning, or large-scale UI refactoring.

- Contributions to open source or technical blogs/talks.
