Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Java Lead to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Core Java, Microservices architecture, and front-end development using Angular, HTML, and CSS. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, architecting scalable solutions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level Java applications.

- Architect and implement RESTful Microservices using Spring Boot.

- Guide the team in using Java 8+ features, particularly Stream API, Lambda expressions, and functional programming paradigms.

- Drive front-end development using Angular, integrating seamlessly with backend services.

- Develop responsive UIs using HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and QA teams to deliver high-performing applications.

- Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system performance.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate best practices into the development cycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 8+ years of professional experience in software development.

- Strong proficiency in Core Java (Java 8 or above) with solid understanding of object-oriented programming.

- Experience with Java Stream API, concurrency, collections, and functional programming.

- Hands-on experience building RESTful Microservices using Spring Boot.

- Expertise in Angular (version 8+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Strong understanding of client-server architecture and front-end/backend integration.

- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL), version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
