By streamlining authentication processes and enforcing strict security protocols, you will directly impact the organization's ability to mitigate cyber threats, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide a seamless, secure experience for our global user base. This role is based in Pune and requires a proactive approach to solving complex identity challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and deploy scalable IAM solutions to ensure secure access for employees and external partners across diverse enterprise platforms.

- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital identities, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certification, to maintain a zero-trust security posture.

- Collaborate with application owners to integrate legacy and cloud-native systems with centralized identity providers, reducing security silos and improving operational efficiency.

- Troubleshoot complex authentication and authorization issues to minimize downtime and maintain high availability for critical business applications.

- Automate routine identity management tasks through scripting and workflow orchestration to enhance system reliability and reduce manual administrative overhead.

Required Skillset :

- Strong proficiency in identity protocols including SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and SCIM, enabling seamless integration across hybrid-cloud environments.

- Proven ability to translate complex security requirements into technical specifications while communicating effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

- Exceptional analytical skills to identify security vulnerabilities and design remediation strategies that align with organizational risk appetite.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a commitment to staying updated on evolving cybersecurity threats.
