Job Description

Key Responsibilities :


- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, and design for projects and enhancements, including creating technical specifications for all FICO configurations and interfaces.

- SAP Finance Functionality: Focus on SAP Finance functionality, primarily Financial Accounting and Controlling, with integration knowledge of Product Costing and Operations.

- Agile Product Team: Assist in building and maintaining an Agile Product Team to support the delivery of critical business transformation processes in SAP ECC and S4/HANA.

- Build and Test Activities: Coordinate build and test activities, including agile delivery and test automation, for the S4/HANA Finance area.

- Mentorship and Consultation: Act as a mentor and internal consultant on SAP FICO aspects to junior team members, partnering with key business finance team members to enhance IT Finance operations.

- Global Collaboration: Work directly with the global team on support and projects, developing recommendations to effectively address issues.

- User Support: Address user queries and issues within the same time zone, providing support during business hours.

- Industry Best Practices and Strategy: Advise management on industry best practices, and application capabilities, and help set strategies for the optimal use of SAP S4/HANA.

Qualifications And Skills :


- Implementation Experience: At least one end-to-end S4HANA implementation.

- Time Zone Flexibility: Ability to work according to Nigeria time zone (12 PM to 9 PM).

- Consulting Experience: Prior experience with reputed consulting companies.

- Educational Background: Minimum of a bachelors degree in technology.

- Customer Issue Resolution: Ability to resolve customer issues reported via the IT Service Desk System in compliance with applicable SLA (Service Level Agreement).

- Provide support to junior staff members for unresolved issues.

- Willingness to Travel: Willing to travel to Nigeria, Ghana, Egypt, and South Africa as per business requirements.

- Location Requirement: Based in Chennai or willing to relocate to Chennai.

- Work Model: Willing to work in a hybrid work model.
