Job Title : Solution Architect - Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV

Location : Remote (Anywhere in India)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Shift Timings : 6PM - 3PM

Role Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV and a strong background in presales consulting. This role is pivotal in bridging client business needs with technical solutions, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring successful ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture :

- Lead the design of end-to-end ERP solutions using Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV.

- Analyze client business processes and map them to Business Central functionalities.

- Define integration strategies with other Microsoft products (Power Platform, Azure) and third-party systems.

- Create architecture diagrams, functional specifications, and configuration documentation.

Presales Engagement :

- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and craft tailored ERP proposals.

- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept sessions.

- Prepare effort estimates, solution blueprints, and ROI justifications.

- Present solutions to technical and business stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

- Delivery Support Work closely and lead the implementation teams to ensure architectural integrity and alignment with client expectations.

- Provide guidance on data migration, customization, and performance optimization. Support UAT, training, and go-live planning.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 12+ years of ERP experience, with at least 5 years in Dynamics 365 Business Central.

- 5+ years in presales or solution consulting roles.
