Position Overview :

MetaDesign Solutions is seeking a Frontend Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance frontend systems. As a key player in shaping our frontend architecture, youll ensure the delivery of robust solutions that enhance the user experience and drive business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and architecture of frontend systems, focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the frontend team.

- Implement and manage state management solutions (e.g., Redux, NgRx, Zustand).

- Oversee the development and optimization of the build pipeline (Webpack, Babel, Gulp).

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design for optimal user experiences.

- Collaborate with design, backend, and product teams to integrate frontend solutions.

- Integrate with backend APIs and manage data flow between the frontend and databases.

- Ensure seamless data management by implementing efficient state handling and data fetching strategies.

Required Qualifications :

- 8+ years of frontend development experience, including 3+ years in an architectural or leadership role.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.

- Expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React.js, Angular, Vue.js).

- In-depth knowledge of Redux for state management.

- Familiarity with databases and integration with frontend applications.

- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with performance optimization techniques.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.

- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).

- Experience in agile methodologies and project management tools.
