Position Name : Full-stack Developer

About Us :

Typical Responsibilities :

- Lead the full-stack development of our state-of-the-art IoT product, including setting goals, organizing features and sprints, and providing guidance to team members.

- Initiate and supervise the design, development, testing, documentation, and maintenance of software code for our core product offering.

- Conduct thorough unit testing using automated test frameworks to ensure the reliability and robustness of the codebase.

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively.

- Adhere to coding standards and best practices to maintain high-quality software.

Required Skills :

- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in developing software solutions, with a blend of individual contributor and technical leadership roles.

- Proficiency in complex software engineering decision-making and road mapping, with the ability to quickly understand, analyze, and implement solutions.

- Strong understanding and experience in Object-Oriented Design (OOD).

- Expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and JPA.

- Familiarity with MVC web frameworks or React/Angular/JavaScript frameworks.

- Experience in designing and developing microservices architecture.

- Proficiency in Kafka, MQTT, and databases.

- Experience with Version Control Software, with Git preferred.

- Knowledge of Design Patterns.

- Experience in building projects with Maven or Gradle.

Good to have Skills :

- Experience in developing IOT applications, a plus.

- Experience with AWS, a plus.

- Experience in ReactJS or a similar JavaScript Framework.

Education : BE/B.Tech/MCA or higher in Computer Science or a similar degree
