About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced MES Engineer Enablon professional with a strong background in Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (eGRC).

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Enablons implementation methods and a proven track record of designing, implementing, and transitioning organizations to Enablon software solutions.

This role requires in-depth knowledge of compliance, governance, risk management, and operational resilience across complex regulatory landscapes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, implementation, and smooth transition of Enablon software across business verticals.

- Manage and streamline compliance activities across multiple domains of eGRC.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of Enablon solutions.

- Oversee corporate performance reporting, governance policies, and compliance frameworks.

- Identify and mitigate risks across operational, financial, and information security areas.

- Drive business continuity, resilience planning, and third-party risk management.

- Ensure regulatory alignment and support both internal and external audits.

- Implement robust assurance and control systems for organizational governance.

- Provide subject-matter expertise in data privacy, incident management, and financial risk management.

Qualifications :

- Masters degree in Environmental Health, Energy Management, or Operations Management.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, or Computer Science.

- Certification in PMP or Prince2.

- Valid Iqama (mandatory for Saudi Arabia)
