Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality

Salesforce solutions while working closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement solutions on Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.

- Build and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages.

- Develop scalable and reusable components following Salesforce best practices.

- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Perform unit testing and ensure the quality of deliverables.

- Work on Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, and automation tools.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and Named Credentials.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide estimates, and deliver work within sprint timelines.

- Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and apply them to improve solutions.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.

- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.

- Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft preferred).

- Experience with Salesforce automation (Flows, Process Builder, validation rules).

- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, SFDX).

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications :

- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (preferred).

- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant certifications (preferred).

- Experience with deployment tools and sandbox management.
