MERNPLUS Technologies - Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.

- Implement and configure Salesforce standard and custom objects, workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, and triggers.

- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

- Work closely with business stakeholders and Salesforce administrators to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Optimize existing Salesforce implementations and recommend performance improvements.

- Participate in Agile development practices and contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Must-Have Skills :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.

- Experience with Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

- Familiarity with Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.

- Experience with deployment tools such as Change Sets, Ant Migration Tool, or Salesforce DX.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS for custom UI development.

- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Admin, or App Builder.

- Experience with DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or AutoRabit.
