MERN Stack Technical Architect - Node.js/React.js

Key Responsibilities :

Architectural Design :

- Define application architecture and technical roadmap for MERN-based solutions.

- Create scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions with microservices and APIs.

- Provide expertise on database design, indexing strategies, and data modeling in MongoDB.

Leadership & Collaboration :

- Guide development teams in implementing best coding practices and architectural standards.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and UI/UX teams to align business needs with technical solutions.

- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality deliverables.

Technology & Innovation :

- Recommend tools, frameworks, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP) for project success.

- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing.

- Ensure application security, compliance, and performance optimization.

Delivery Ownership :

- Own end-to-end delivery of MERN-based applications.

- Troubleshoot high-level technical issues and propose long-term solutions.

- Define technical documentation, coding standards, and system guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Core MERN Expertise : MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.

- Front-End : Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux/Context API, TypeScript, Responsive Design, Material UI/Bootstrap.

- Back-End : Expertise in Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets.

- Database : Proficiency in MongoDB (sharding, replication, aggregation pipelines).

- Architecture & Design : Microservices, event-driven architecture, API gateway design.

- Cloud & DevOps : Hands-on with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.

- Security : JWT, OAuth2.0, data encryption, secure coding practices.

- Other Tools : Git, Jira, Agile methodologies, testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
