MERN Stack Developer - React.js/Node.js

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced MERN Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain our CRM platform and web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and a solid understanding of CRM workflows, user management, data analytics, and third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain CRM systems and web applications using the MERN stack.

- Build dynamic, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces for CRM modules (e.g., Leads, Opportunities, Contacts, Pipelines).

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to connect with external services (e.g., email, calendar, payment, or communication tools).

- Work on CRM data models, including customer records, roles, and activity tracking.

- Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth) and manage role-based access controls.

- Ensure CRM applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and data security.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with user needs.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing CRM features.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in full-stack and CRM development.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience in MERN stack development MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.

- Prior experience in CRM application development or customization (custom CRM, Zoho, Salesforce API, HubSpot API, etc.).

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and RESTful API design.

- Experience with MongoDB schema design, Mongoose, and database optimization.

- Front-end development experience with React.js, Redux/Context API, and modern UI frameworks.

- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI principles.

- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.

- Understanding of data protection, GDPR, and secure coding practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience integrating with CRM APIs.

- Familiarity with Next.js, TypeScript, or GraphQL.

- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, Firebase).

- Experience with data visualization tools or libraries (e.g., Chart.js, D3.js).

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project tracking tools (Jira, Trello).
