Job Description

Role Overview :

We are looking for a passionate and experienced MERN Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on React.js to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly web applications using modern JavaScript technologies. You should be comfortable working across the entire development stack from front-end UI development to backend APIs and database interactions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js

- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

- Manage state effectively using Redux, Context API, or other libraries

- Optimize front-end performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility

- Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs

- Develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js

- Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, etc.

- Handle third-party API integrations and middleware configuration

- Ensure backend scalability, maintainability, and performance

- Design and manage schemas in MongoDB using Mongoose

- Perform CRUD operations, indexing, aggregation, and data modeling

- Optimize database queries for performance and scalability

- Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and monitor applications

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Heroku

Required Skills & Technologies :

- Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

- Strong backend experience with Node.js and Express.js

- Experience with MongoDB and Mongoose

- Understanding of RESTful API development and integration

- Knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture

- Familiarity with Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket

- Experience in using tools like Postman, Webpack, Babel, or ESLint
