MERN Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js

Job Summary :

We are looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer proficient in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a passion for building scalable web applications and APIs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and database schemas for MongoDB.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SCRUM environment.

- Perform unit testing using frameworks like Jest and Mocha.

- Utilize Git for version control and manage code repositories.

- Work with DevOps tools such as Docker and Jenkins for deployment and CI/CD.

- Use project management tools like JIRA or Trello for task tracking and collaboration.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3 - 5 years of experience in web development.

- Proficiency in JavaScript/ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, JSX.

- Strong experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and database architecture.

- Experience with unit testing tools (Jest, Mocha).

- Familiarity with IDEs like Visual Studio Code.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

- Work authorization as per company policy.
