Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs / GraphQL APIs.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA, and product managers for smooth delivery.

- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following coding standards.

- Ensure application security, performance optimization, and scalability.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with React.js (hooks, Redux/Context API).

- Proficiency with Node.js and Express.js.

- Experience in MongoDB (schemas, aggregation, indexing).

- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integrations.

- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind (preferred).

- Experience with Git and version control.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with TypeScript.

- Familiarity with Next.js for SSR/SSG.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes.

- Understanding of unit testing (Jest, Mocha, Chai)
