Job Summary :

The ideal candidate should have 3.5 to 4 years of hands-on experience in developing full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to challenging projects and work with a team passionate about modern technologies and clean code.

Key Responsibilities :

- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code with attention to performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to build high-quality products.

- Create and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

- Conduct code reviews and participate in architectural discussions.

- Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs.

- Ensure security and data protection in application development.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and frameworks.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.

- Solid understanding of React concepts including hooks, lifecycle methods, and state management (Redux or Context API).

- Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.

- Version control using Git and familiarity with branching strategies.

- Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.

- Good knowledge of deployment and basic DevOps practices (Heroku, AWS, Docker a plus).

- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory) :

- Exposure to GraphQL.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.

- Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
