Role Overview :

We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to join our development team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices

- Build RESTful APIs with Node.js and Express.js

- Design and manage NoSQL schemas in MongoDB

- Develop responsive front-end interfaces using React.js (with Redux or Context API)

- Optimize components for maximum performance across a range of devices and browsers

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and backend teams

- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers if needed

- Integrate third-party APIs and services when required

- Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise in development and production environments

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript.

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

- Understanding of component-based architecture and state management using Redux/Context API

- Experience with RESTful API design and integration

- Familiarity with MongoDB design patterns, aggregation, indexing, etc.

- Experience with Git and version control best practices

- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build pipelines (Webpack, Babel)

- Experience with Postman, Swagger, or similar tools for API testing

- Familiarity with asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack
