Job Overview :

We're looking for a highly experienced and technically accomplished MERN Stack Developer to join our team. With 13 to 15 years of proven expertise, you'll be instrumental in architecting, developing, and deploying complex web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. This senior role demands strong leadership, a deep understanding of full-stack development, and the ability to drive technical excellence in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Architect robust and maintainable full-stack solutions, ensuring optimal performance, responsiveness, and user experience.

- Develop complex frontend interfaces using React.js, including component design, state management, and interaction with backend APIs.

- Build and optimize backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js, ensuring high throughput and low latency.

- Design, implement, and manage MongoDB databases, optimizing schema design and query performance.

- Integrate with various third-party services and APIs as required by application features.

- Drive the adoption of best practices in MERN stack development, including clean code, testing strategies, security, and performance optimization.

- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering their technical growth.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver features end-to-end.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the full stack, providing timely and effective resolutions.

Required Qualifications :

- 13-15 years of proven experience in full-stack web development.

- Deep expertise and hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Strong proficiency in React.js, including advanced concepts, state management libraries (such as Redux, MobX, or Zustand), and component lifecycle.

- Expert-level knowledge of Node.js and Express.js for building scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.

- Extensive experience with MongoDB, including database design, query optimization, and data modeling.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience with version control systems, primarily Git.

- Solid understanding of architectural patterns, design principles, and software development methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with experience leading development teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with TypeScript.

- Familiarity with other NoSQL or SQL databases.

- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying MERN stack applications.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Mocha, or Chai.
