MERN Stack Developer - MongoDB/Express.js

POSITION - MERN STACK DEVELOPER

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - 2 to 3 years of experience

JOB LOCATION - HYDERABAD

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of dynamic and interactive web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Architect, design, and implement solutions for complex technical challenges.

- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to integrate with the front-end and back-end systems.

- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices, coding standards, and troubleshooting techniques.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces.

- Optimize application performance and scalability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, with an emphasis on quality and testing.

- Ensure code quality through unit tests, code reviews, and continuous integration practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, both during development and in production environments.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in web development and the MERN stack

Qualifications :

- 2 plus years of experience in full-stack JavaScript development with the MERN stack.

- Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB.

- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, WebSocket, and real-time application architectures.

- Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD workflows.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker is a plus.

- Knowledge of state management tools like Redux or Context API.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
