MERN Stack Developer

Role Summary :

We are looking for a talented MERN Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, and is comfortable working across frontend, backend, and database layers to build scalable and high-performance applications.

Experience : 2 to 6 years (adjustable)

Department : Engineering / Technology

Location : On-site / Hybrid / Remote (as applicable)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.

- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js.

- Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

- Implement reusable UI components and manage application state.

- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.

- Optimize applications for performance, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Design and manage MongoDB schemas and data models.

- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.

- Ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability.

- Participate in application architecture and technical design discussions.

- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.

- Handle asynchronous processing and event-driven architecture.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

- Conduct code reviews and follow coding standards.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA, and product teams.

- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

- Monitor applications, fix bugs, and improve system stability.

- Maintain documentation for code and APIs.

Required Skills & Experience :

Core Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).

- Hands-on experience with :

a. React.js (Hooks, Context API, state management)

b. Node.js and Express.js

c. MongoDB and Mongoose

- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.

- Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks
