We are looking for a passionate MERN Stack Developer who can build high-quality, scalable web applications.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, own feature development end-to-end, and contribute to continuous improvement of architecture and code quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.

- Translate business requirements into well-structured, maintainable, and scalable code.

- Develop reusable UI components using React, Redux/Context.

- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate backend services with frontend components.

- Optimize performance, improve application scalability, and ensure security best practices.

- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth releases.

- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and contribute to best practices adoption.

- Troubleshoot production issues and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3.

- Experience with MongoDB data modeling and database performance tuning.

- Solid knowledge of Express.js and Node.js backend development.

- Proficiency in React.js, hooks, state management (Redux or Context API).

- Strong understanding of API design and integration patterns.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).

- Good understanding of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.

Good to Have :
- Experience with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Familiarity with authentication frameworks (JWT, OAuth).
