Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices.

- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.

- Lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and apply them where appropriate.

- Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance with company standards.

Required Skillsets :

- Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

- Hands-on experience in designing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.

- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API).

- Proficiency in modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).

- Experience with version control tools such as Git.

- Strong knowledge of database design, indexing, and query optimization.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
