Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack, 7+ years experience)

About the role :

We are looking for an accomplished Full Stack Developer with 7+ years of strong expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). This role is ideal for someone who not only excels in building scalable, high-performance applications but also enjoys leading projects, mentoring team members, and driving technical excellence.

Key responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of full-stack web applications using the MERN stack

- Architect and implement scalable solutions, ensuring performance and maintainability

- Build responsive, intuitive, and user-centric interfaces with React.js

- Oversee the development and integration of RESTful APIs

- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to the team

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with business goals

- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and Agile delivery

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability

Required skills & experience :

- Extensive hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, Git, and modern frontend frameworks

- Strong expertise in Redux, React Hooks, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or similar

- Solid understanding of system design, testing methodologies, and Agile practices

- Demonstrated ability to mentor developers and lead technical initiatives
