MERN Stack Developer

Experience : 2 to 4.5 Years

Location : Mumbai

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using Node.js and React.js.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Express.js and integrate them with frontend components.

- Design and optimize MongoDB schemas for high performance and scalability.

- Implement real-time features using Kafka and in-memory caching with Redis.

- Utilize Docker for containerization and work with Kubernetes for deployment and orchestration.

- Ensure application security, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize application performance.

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in full-stack development.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript (ES6+) and modern web development frameworks.

- Proficient in Node.js, React.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.

- Knowledge of Redis for caching and Kafka for messaging/stream processing.

- Strong understanding of REST API architecture and microservices design.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Good communication and teamwork skills
