MERN Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Full-Stack Development : Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Backend Development : Develop and maintain robust Node.js backend services and RESTful APIs using Express.js.

- Frontend Development : Build interactive and responsive user interfaces using React.js, ensuring a seamless user experience.

- Database Management : Design, implement, and manage MongoDB databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability.

- Code Quality & Best Practices : Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code adhering to industry best practices and coding standards. Conduct and participate in code reviews.

- Technical Leadership & Mentorship : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their growth and ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines.

- Troubleshooting & Optimization : Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks across the full stack.

- Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver integrated solutions.

- Continuous Integration/Deployment : Contribute to and utilize CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient deployment processes.

- Stay Current : Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in full-stack development, actively contributing to our tech stack evolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise across the MERN stack :

- MongoDB : Advanced schema design, querying, and optimization.

- Express.js : Building scalable and secure RESTful APIs.

- React.js : Deep understanding of React ecosystem (Hooks, Context API, Redux/MobX, Router) and modern UI development.

- Node.js : Asynchronous programming, event loop, and building high-performance backend services.

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

- Experience with version control systems like Git.

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

- Strong understanding of API design principles and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
