About the Role :

We are seeking a talented and self-driven MERN Stack Developer to join our team on a freelance basis. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. This role is fully remote and offers flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.

- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality features.

- Create and consume RESTful APIs.

- Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability.

- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues.

- Participate in code reviews and agile development practices.

Requirements :

- Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

- Proficiency with Git and version control.

- Good understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Experience with deployment using platforms like Heroku, Vercel, AWS, or Netlify.

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with TypeScript.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.).

- Knowledge of GraphQL.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

- Prior freelance or remote work experience.
