- Drive AI adoption across the Mercari ecosystem by collaborating closely with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams

- Ensure AI quality and safety through rigorous evaluation pipelines and responsible AI principles

- Lead the full AI lifecycle from problem scoping and prototyping to production deployment and maintenance
