About the Role :

We are seeking an Associate Project Coordinator who will be responsible for performing activities related to project coordination. As part of a team, you will ensure consistent, high-quality services to key stakeholders across various verticals and business segments.

Job Responsibilities :

- Coordinate tasks between various teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

- Manage sprints, including planning, requirement gathering, grooming, and preparing release notes.

- Provide support to the Project Manager (PM) by assisting in project execution, including inputting project schedules, tracking status and adjustments, and ensuring milestones, actions, and deadlines are met.

- Organize and coordinate project meetings, including producing, maintaining, and distributing meeting minutes, project documentation, and updates.

- Follow up on action items with key stakeholders and task owners to ensure on-time completion of project tasks.

- Maintain and update all project-related trackers, such as project plans, risk trackers, budget trackers, etc.

Qualifications :

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.

- Strong organizational skills and structured thinking abilities.

- Demonstrated interpersonal and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

- Flexibility to adjust responsibilities according to developing business needs.

- Knowledge of project management concepts is an added advantage.

- Effective time management and listening skills.

- Proficiency in querying (SQL, MongoDB), and working with Google Sheets, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Ability to handle multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change.

- Contributes as an effective team member and takes accountability for deliverables.
