We are seeking a motivated QA Engineer to join our team, with a strong interest in manual testing and test automation. The ideal candidate is a fresher or entry-level professional eager to build a career in software testing by validating software functionality, usability, and reliability through structured testing practices. We are looking for someone with strong logical thinking, high problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail. You should be comfortable learning to prepare test scenarios, execute test cases, log defects, and collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Understand business requirements and product features thoroughly to effectively define and achieve quality goals.

- Execute manual tests to evaluate software usability, identify issues, errors, and bugs, and provide detailed reports to the development teams

- Analyze test results and report the impact of identified defects and usability concerns, collaborating closely with development teams to coordinate bug fixes and prevent the recurrence of issues.

- Foster effective communication between the QA team, development teams, and stakeholders, ensuring transparency in test findings and project progress.

- Manage test activities with a sense of urgency and accuracy, ensuring project timelines are met and the testing process aligns with project goals.

- Continuously improve testing processes, identify opportunities to enhance quality assurance procedures, and implement best practices in testing methodologies.

- Oversee the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts, ensuring the efficiency and reliability of automated testing procedures.

Skills and Requirements :

- Proficient in analytical and logical thinking, with a keen eye for detail. Knowledge of at least one programming language is needed, such as Java or Typescript/Javascript (preferable on the Playwright / Selenium Framework).

- Excellent communication and articulation skills are essential, along with strong coordination abilities with team members and stakeholders.

- Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Familiarity with testing web applications, API testing, and working with databases.

- Strong understanding of Functional, Unit, Sanity, and Regression testing concepts.

- Familiarity with leading tools for requirement management, test case management, bug management, and version control
