Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

• Actual month-end processes
• Budgeting and Forecasting (H1, H2 Forecast)
• Allocation processes (Actuals, Budget)
• Data Load & Management
• Metadata Load & Management
• Task List management for Budget and Forecast submissions
• Month-end and Year-end reporting
• Reconciliation Process (Actuals reconciliation process)
• Financial Year-End task closure

- Support and perform technical configuration and scripting within Oracle Hyperion suite : PBCS, Calculation Manager, EAS, FDMEE, HPCM, DRM, ODI, CloudBridge, ARCS, FCCS

- Develop and troubleshoot custom batch scripts and SQL integrations

- Manage Windows Server environment supporting Hyperion applications

- Use EPM Automate for automation and batch processing

- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with financial planning and reporting goals.

- Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution across Hyperion modules.

- Support migration, upgrades, and patching activities as required.

- Provide occasional on-call support outside regular business hours for urgent issues.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Extensive experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning (PBCS) and HFM modules.

- Strong understanding of financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, allocations, month-end close, and financial

reconciliation.

- Experience with metadata management, data load strategies, and task list management.

- Knowledge of financial consolidation and reporting best practices.

Technical Skills :

- Scripting skills using batch scripts and SQL for data integration and automation.

- Experience with Windows Server administration supporting Hyperion deployment.

- Familiarity with EPM Automate and cloud integrations.

- Ability to develop and troubleshoot complex business rules, calculations, and custom scripts.

- Experience with Hyperion FCCS, ARCS, and HPCM modules is preferred.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Hyperion EPM applications in a functional and technical capacity.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Timing :

- Flexibility within this window is required to meet business needs.

- On-call support may be needed until 11 : 00 PM UK Time.
