Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in test automation using Playwright. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript scripting, API testing, and CI/CD processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.

- Perform API testing using tools like Rest Assured.

- Collaborate with the development team to understand features and implement automation solutions.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline integration and ensure automation scripts run efficiently in different environments.

- Identify, record, and track bugs, and work closely with the QA and development teams to resolve them.

- Continuously improve test coverage, maintainability, and automation frameworks.

Required Skills :

- 4 - 8 years of experience in test automation.

- Strong hands-on experience in Playwright.

- Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript.

- Experience in API testing using Rest Assured or similar tools.

- Good understanding of CI/CD processes and integration with automation frameworks.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with other automation tools or frameworks.

- Exposure to cloud-based testing environments.
