What You'll Build :
- Real-time market-data and event-processing systems
- Trading, execution and risk-management infrastructure
- Broker/exchange integrations and backtesting systems
- High-performance, scalable backend architecture
- Mentor engineers and drive technical execution
What We're Looking For :
- Strong Python and system-design skills
- Experience with backend, real-time or data-intensive systems
- Async programming, distributed systems and messaging
- Linux, APIs, databases and complex-system debugging
- Rust is a strong plus
- Bonus : Experience with algorithmic trading, FinTech, NautilusTrader, LEAN, Backtrader or similar platforms.
