Role Overview :

We're hiring Software Engineers with at least 2 years of solid programming experience preferably in Java who are ready to build their career in the Guidewire ecosystem. You'll be part of real delivery programs for global insurers, developing and integrating enterprise-grade systems using Gosu, Java, and Guidewire frameworks. This role demands ownership, pace, and precision.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and enhance solutions across Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.

- Configure business rules, product models, and UI components using Gosu and Java.

- Build and optimize integrations using REST, SOAP, and messaging APIs.

- Participate in full SDLC design, build, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues independently.

- Contribute to internal BlitzenX accelerators that cut implementation time for clients.

- Continuously upskill and pursue Guidewire certifications under BlitzenX's learning framework.

Requirements :

- 2+ years of hands-on software development experience (Java preferred).

- Strong command of OOP, design patterns, and clean coding principles.

- Exposure to enterprise applications, APIs, or integration projects.

- Quick learner with the discipline to master Guidewire technologies through structured training.

- Strong analytical and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication, ownership, and accountability mindset.

Technical Skills :

Languages : Java, Gosu, SQL

Frameworks : Spring / Hibernate (preferred)

APIs : REST, SOAP, XML/JSON

Tools : IntelliJ / Eclipse / Guidewire Studio, Git, Jenkins, Maven
